We offer a 30-day swap out period for defective merchandise. After 30 days, as long as the product is still in warranty, it can only be exchanged for same or equivalent product, at our discretion. Contact LaptopXP.com immediately upon discovering merchandise defect to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization -see guidelines for RMA ). When calling, please have the following information available:
* Company Name * Invoice or order number * Date of shipment * Model number of the product * Specific product serial number * Overview of the problem
VI. Cancellations, Returns (Non-Defective) and Upgrades
Orders may be cancelled no later than one business day prior to shipment. No returns for credit/refund will be accepted. Upon approval by
LaptopXP.com, merchandise may be returned within 7 days after purchase for upgrade to merchandise of equal or greater value. In the event that
LaptopXP.com authorizes return of merchandise, the merchandise must be returned in resell able condition; including, but not limited to: original
packaging and packing materials, all cords, cables, accessories, cartons and documentation, registration and warranty materials, and "like new"
condition of the merchandise and packaging materials. LaptopXP.com has the sole discretion to specify these and other conditions for the return
of merchandise. Prior to returning any merchandise, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from LaptopXP.com. RMA's are valid
for a period of 5 business days. Do not write the RMA number on the box. This makes it non-resell able and you will be charged for replacing the
box. Display the RMA number on the shipping label. Merchandise returned without an RMA on the shipping label will be refused. Merchandise is to
be returned freight prepaid.
