How quickly will you process my in-stock order?
Most in-stock orders placed before 3 pm EST (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays) are filled and confirmed within minutes of being placed! We work hard to offer the best products at the lowest prices possible, while still providing the fastest service in the industry.

You had stock when I placed my order but now the stock is gone. What happened?
If there was stock when your order was placed and by the time your order has cleared our credit card security department the stock was no longer available, we will advise you of the backorder situation. This can happen occasionally because stock is not allocated until your order is verified, accepted, and processed. Therefore, stock levels and shipping projections may occasionally change by the time your order is shipped.

If I give you my email address, will I get SPAM?
No. We will email you only to confirm shipment of orders you place or if we have a question about an order we are processing for you and cannot reach you by phone. With your permission, we will also send you our email sales flyer to notify you of new products, and special deals. We are fully committed to our customer's confidentiality.

Do you offer special orders?
We can normally special order any item our manufacturers provide. Some manufacturers have minimum quantity requirements.
Special orders are non-cancelable/ non-returnable. To inquire about special ordering an item please email sales@laptopxp.com.

What is the UPS C.O.D. fee?

$9.00

Is there sales tax?
We are required by law to collect 7% New Jersey state sales tax from residents of NJ. NJ businesses must submit a tax exempt certificate to avoid being charged sales tax.

Is it safe for me to use my credit card to order on your website?
Yes. We are a SSL secure website and all customer information is strictly protected.

Does your company accept all major credit cards?
Yes. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover. For your credit card protection, we require the security code located on the credit card, and verify the name, address, and phone number on your billing statement to make sure it matches the issuing bank's records.

Do you accept debit cards?
Yes.

What if I refuse my delivery?

Refused deliveries customers are responsible for shipping charges from (even if shipping was free) and back to LapTopXP when delivery is refused for the following reasons:

1. Not at shipping location to accept delivery on 3 attempts.
2. Changed mind about purchase.
3. Funds not available at delivery. Charges are deducted from the refund amount. If C.O.D., customer must pre-pay future orders.

What is your processing time for exchanges/ refunds?
Please allow 7-10 business days to complete exchange or refund.

Who should I notify to report receipt of damaged products?
Email service@laptopxp.com or call us within 3 days of receipt. Carriers will not permit claims after 5 days. We will file a Damage Inspection Claim which results in a carrier follow-up to inspect your package.
Retain all boxes, labels, and packing materials until the claim has been approved. We will proceed with a replacement shipment once the carrier notifies us of claim approval.
Note: Truck freight shipment damage must be reported directly to freight carrier.

Do you ship internationally?
No, not at this time please check again in the near future.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery time for U.S. orders shipped via UPS is 1-7 working days.

What shipping methods do you use?
UPS, FedEx and DHL (UPS is our preferred carrier)

UPS, FedEx and DHL cannot ship to a PO Box, and APO/ AE addresses.

What is your cut-off time for same day shipping?
Phone & Internet Orders shipping via UPS / Fedex: 3 PM ET.

Where do I obtain the UPS tracking # to track my package?
The shipping tracking number and carrier appears on your order confirmation, sent to you via email when your order ships.

Why do you verify my shipping address?
For fraud prevention purposes, if your billing and shipping addresses are different, we must verify your shipping address.
LaptopXP.com will also verify the name, address, and phone number on your billing statement to make sure it matches the issuing bank's records.
